RETURNS & REFUNDS fall into three categories.
1. RETURNS - Faulty Goods.
In the unlikely event that you find one of my products arrives with a flaw, or fails within the first 12 months of use, you can return it for either a full refund or a replacement item.
Important. As long as the item has been used under normal conditions. i.e. not commercially, and I can see that there was a fault in manufacture, then I will of course replace it free of charge at my expense.
Please message me via the Contact Us page to arrange a Returns No. and for me to arrange a collection.
2. RETURNS - Cancellations / Change of Mind.
If you have placed an order and wish to cancel, please message me via the Contact Us page giving me your Name and Order No. If the item has not been despatched I will happily refund your payment in full.
If your order has been despatched and is in transit: on arrival, you have 30 days to arrange a return. Please message me via the Contact Us page to arrange a Returns No.
No item(s) will be accepted without a Returns No.
You will need to pay the postage; you must use a tracked and insured method of delivery. Goods 'lost in transit' are the responsibility of the sender.
The item(s) you return will of course need to be unused and in perfect, re-saleable, condition. All items will be checked before refund is issued.
3. REFUNDS.
Occasionally, the system will accept an order when I have run out of stock. This will naturally cause a delay in delivery.
In such circumstance, I will advise and provide an alternative date.
If this date does not meet your requirements, I offer you the following:
1. The same item in an alternative fabric.
2. An upgrade to Special Order status (subject to fabric availability).
3. Any alternative product of same value.
4. A full refund.
